A bridging loan is finance that is secured upon an asset such as bricks and mortar or land with or without planning permission.

Normally a loan is structured over one to 12 months, but we are now able to offer facilities for up to 36 months.

There will be a fee for arranging a bridging loan and the precise amount will depend upon your circumstances. This fee would typically be between 0.50% and 1.00% of the loan amount and it is payable upon completion.
