Mark started his career in financial services back in 1992 with Halifax Building Society. After spending 10 years working with them, culminating in a role as a senior underwriter within Halifax’s Premier Mortgage office, he felt that he had developed an excellent grounding within the industry and took the decision to move into the independent market, consequently going self-employed in the summer of 2003.
In August 2005 Mark set up Complete Mortgages Ltd in his home town of Guildford, Surrey. His strong background in customer service and financial expertise has helped develop Complete Mortgages Ltd into a successful company that is consistently recommended by its customers and professional introducers.
Speaking of the biggest challenges in his career Mark says “The credit crunch made me realise that we needed to expand our services, therefore I took the decision to invest in our website and put a larger focus on the range of competitive insurance products that we have to offer. We now have an insurance specialist based in the office, due to the growth in Complete Mortgages over the past few years. I am delighted that our customers are able to deal with all of their financial needs in-house and we are constantly receiving positive feedback about the way that we look after our them”.
