Lee and Chelsea were brilliant. Lee really went above and beyond - helping us out by negotiating with the bank to get them to agree to only 1 payslip for a new job, then smoothing things over when there was a payroll error on that payslip! And then even helping us get to the bottom of an issue we were having between our solicitor and the mortgage company, even though he didn't have to do anything. Thank you, we feel like we have a really good mortgage and so impressed with the thoroughness of your advice. Thanks Lee, will be recommending if we have any friends looking for a mortgage!

I was recommended by my real estate agent to go with Complete Mortgages after my offer on a flat was accepted and I could not have gotten anyone better. Ben who was appointed as my financial adviser from the beginning and helped me throughout the whole process and explained everything perfectly to me. As I was a first time buyer I had a lot of questions and doubts however Ben was always patient and there to answer any queries I had in a swift manner. My whole process was quite streamlined for me as my applications were submitted on my behalf and I have not had any problems or backfire which is always a great sign when it comes to purchasing a new home. Not only was the support from Ben and Complete Mortgages outstanding, everything you need when it comes to purchasing a new house is all in house and I was then recommended Adam who was my insurance adviser and the same with Ben, Adam was so very helpful. Both in information and his charisma Adam managed to guide me better then I expected on what was best for myself and my partner and with first time buying jitters he was more then capable of getting me to a good place before picking up my keys.

Complete Mortgages have been fantastic end to end. I am a first time buyer and have gone through three attempted property purchases over the last ten months (the first two fell apart due to issues found out later on in the purchase). During that time, the details of the mortgage shifted quite a lot (wide variety in property values and I even moved from self employed to full time worker) but Complete Mortgages handled everything so smoothly.

While I was stressing over deals falling apart and having to sort out new paperwork for new offers etc. I always knew I didn't need to stress about the mortgage element. Complete Mortgages handled everything on that side. I gave them my details once and they handled every application end to end, advised me impartially on the best deal for me, arranged surveys and kept me in the loop with how the property purchase was progressing.

They didn't even flinch when I said "this deal is falling apart, I am putting in an offer elsewhere", they just flipped straight into action to secure the best mortgage for the new situation. Want to thank Mark and the team for their great work. You have made the mortgage element of my purchase stress free.
