If you’re struggling to find time to visit a mortgage broker, or putting off getting a new mortgage because you have too much to do, then let us take the weight off your shoulders.
Whilst our opening times are 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, we can be as flexible as you need us to be. Our advisers are happy to speak to you outside of normal working hours – let us know what time suits you and we will do our best to accommodate you. Not only that, but you can also make video appointments with us, using your preferred platform, if that is more convenient than coming to our office.

The Team
Mark Finnegan
Mark founded Complete Mortgages Limited in his home town of Guildford, Surrey in August 2005, having qualified as a mortgage adviser in 1999.
Jo Frankowski
Jo joined Complete Mortgages in January 2014. She has worked in a number of roles in the financial services industry since 2000.
Calli Sanfilippo
Calli joined Complete Mortgages in January 2015, when he first qualified as a mortgage broker. He has lived in Guildford all of his life.
Lee Cousens
Lee joined Complete Mortgages in March 2017 and has been a mortgage broker since January 2014.
Jesse Faulkner
Jesse joined the team in December 2022 and works out of Seymours Estate Agents’ office in Knaphill, on the outskirts of Woking.
Jack Doherty
Jack joined the company in April 2024 and spends 4 days per week providing mortgage advice in the Seymours Estate Agents office on Guildford High Street.
Ishwar Mair
Ish joined Complete Mortgages in January 2025, providing expert mortgage advice in Seymours Estate Agents' flagship office in Woking.
James Kelly
James joined Complete Mortgages in November 2022, completing his mortgage adviser qualifications in late 2024.
Adam Perry
Adam joined the team in September 2020 from prominent UK mortgage firm, The Mortgage Store.
Natalie Baker
Natalie joined the Complete Mortgages team in March 2024. She has a wealth of knowledge, having worked in the financial services industry since 2000.
Vicky Stillwell
Vicky joined Complete Mortgages in June 2014 and is PA to Mark Finnegan.
Jazzmin Cooper
Jazzmin is on maternity leave from Monday 30th September and is planning on returning to the business in October 2025.
Emma Nash
Emma joined Complete Mortgages in October 2023, looking after the admin and application updates for Mark.
Aimee Robinson
Aimee joined Complete Mortgages in April 2024 and takes care of the admin and application updates for Jo and Calli.
Laura Cookman
Laura joined Complete Mortgages in May 2024, looking after the administration and case updates for Jesse.
Oliver Connor
Oliver joined Complete Mortgages in October 2024, assisting Lee with his mortgage administration and looking after his clients throughout the mortgage application process.
Rachel Byrne
Rachel joined Complete Mortgages in February 2025, taking care of the administration and application updates for Ishwar and James.
