Jo joined Complete Mortgages in January 2014, having worked in the financial services industry since 2000, specialising solely in mortgages and protection since 2007.

Jo believes that providing clients with the best advice and service is more crucial in today’s marketplace than ever before.  She strives to help and assist her clients through the whole process, taking the hassle and stress off of their shoulders, ensuring they understand all the steps involved and costs concerned, right through to the day they move in.  During 2023 and 2024, Jo amassed a total of 69 x 5 star Google reviews (the most of anyone at Complete Mortgages).

Jo resides near Guildford and in her spare time enjoys going to the gym and spending time with her friends and family.
